hello doctor.. I have been tested positive for covid and it's my 9th day since I isolated myself. I still have loss of smell, taste, stuffy nose and tiredness. I am currently taking Azithromycin, vit D, vit C and zinc tablets. Just wanted to know till when I should continue these tablets.

You should contact your doctor first and stay in touch and start taking steam twice a day by adding ajwain seeds in it and apply mustard oil in nose after taking steam and saline water gargles twice a day and massage your gums with salt little turmeric and alum at bed time and drink warm liquids and keep monitoring your temperature and oxygen and take care of the 6the day especially and stay in a well ventilated room if sunlight comes in your room then atleast take 30 mins sunlight and lye down in prone position a couple of times in aday for half an hour

I want to know about diet chart for my 9 months baby. we are giving to her tond milk , pulses and bottle guard soup. please suggest us full diet chart for her good growth.

There Is a course of tablets that you have to take for a specific duration after that you have to discontinue it and also have good amount of liquid and everything certain times I would like to tell you it is not necessary that the Covid is going to subside and 14 days it may take a little longer time so if you do not feel things properly like sense of smell and all then need to stay in isolation and consult your doctor once again
