I have a daughter of 22months and she is not speaking words sometimes one word in a day, 6 months she use to speak lots of word.... make lion sound... but slowly stopped saying those word. and now she doesn't make eye contact with me so that i could teach her speak..... it is of or kid .Language takes time . Initially baby can only say some words . You should talk more with baby and decrease any type of screen time like mobile screen. Speech therapy can be taken for same .

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc 
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly 
 
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
