hello doctor i have a concern that my baby's stomach is used to growling every time I feed her and the sound used to come when she's not fed too.....is this normal?

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello! That might not necessarily be hunger, but can be the digestive juices working around. Not to worry as long as the child is healthy and active, and not showing any discomfort symptoms
