hello doctor, I have a 5months 4 days baby. still breastfeeding.. my baby has not passed motion for 2 days. is it normal?

A. constipation is common in exclusively breastfed babies you can wait till 10 days feed the baby regularly and burp every time I give tummy time . . .. . .. . .
