Hello doctor, I have a 3 year old son, 2 days ago he got injured while playing with LiPS under his mouth, he is crying, he is not eating, drinking and he is having fever, cough and vomiting since 4 days.

A. hi please visit your pediatrician for once as fever has been there since 2 days it indicates infection please keep your child well hydrated avoid giving spicy food give soft food items like fruits, khichdi rice etc apply turmeric powder on wound which help to cure this faster
