Hello doctor, I have a 2 month old daughter, her pediatrician prescribed her to take Vitamin D3 medicine(in form of drops)till she gets 1 year old. While an another doctor prescribed 'CalShine P' drops to be taken for 5 days. For what period of time should the Vitamin D3 dosage be given to infants?

A. D3 Should be given for complete one year after that you can discontinue this medicine I need it after that also you want to continue or your doctor advises you to continue then only you should go ahead with it but it is recommended that you just discontinue it after your for child’s first birthday
