hello doctor, I have a 1 year old girl. I found some ref rashes on her right hand and stomach today evening. no fever and itching. what is it? #asktheexperts

Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and seek further advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice diligently.
