Hello doctor I have 7 months old baby. Breastmilk has stopped from 3months before and giving formula. I m trying to restart to give breastmilk now.How should I regain the milk for ma baby? Ma baby is nt latching

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day. also have soaked meethi seeds early in the morning. and also increase the intake of garlic ginger, dairy products and green leaves vegetables in your daily food.
