hello doctor i have 3 childrens my third baby is one month old my delivery is normal along with family operation after that i feel dizzy and last since days my mouth taste wierd like metalic why is this happening

There is loss of nutrients after delivery due to which u feel weakness.
so eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups for healthy milk supply and to recover from weakness.
Take calcium supplements till you breast feed ur baby .iT is important.
