hello doctor I have 2 months 20 days old baby girls her skin on small pimples what to do

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children5 years agoA. the baby is less than three months of age if the baby is having small pimples it may be because of excessive heat in summer apply calamine lotion on the pimples and maintain hygiene
