Hello doctor, I had a normal delivery 3.5months back...after 10days my two stitches undone ..doctor said that there is no need to restitch ,will heal itself. After 3 months I can see my two stitches which were undone ,are not proper healed.the skin is still raw near the vagina, it’s looking reddish.I consulted with doctor she told me that it’s internal skin came out due to stitches broke down. Recently facing hemmoroid problm and constipation.. I am using t-bact ointment.what else I can do to heal my wounds/stitches/internal skin faster n back to normal life ..plzz suggest
