hello doctor I got cesarean recently 20 days I am eating bread milk for more breast milk but I am getting motion hardly and blood is coming this is first time what can I do please gave me solution

Maida bread can cause constipation.
Take isabgol with warm milk at night time to get relief from constipation..
Drink enough water to get relief from constipation and easy passing of stool. Take care
