hello doctor i found 2 to 3 swollen lymoh nodes on the back of skull in my 4 year old boy. what could be the reason and is it ok to have that . please guide m worried

So you have to get it examined if you see swelling in that area then it would be a matter of concern but if it is normal and movable but not creating any pain or irritation to the child then there is no problem but maybe just like lipoma like a fat ball which is of no use in the body but yes it would be good to check with your doctor for further clarity
