Hello doctor I delivered on 26/10/22 on blessed with twin baby boys. before that I have one baby girl she is 3 yr old. after delivery am mentally emotionally Distrubed. am not able to understand what am doing. some times am feels better to die. am not able to control my tears also can you please suggest what should I do

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. twin handling difficult. hire maid. you will be stronger. think good. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.
