Hello Doctor, I am mother of 4 month old baby girl but still now she didn’t make any kind of sounds. Can you please help

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. get hearing test done you can wait for few months and see cooing should be obtained by now It's hard to comment upon without proper examination it would be better if you consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

mam, it needs physical examination of your child for proper diagnose so I advise you to visit your pediatrician.
