Hello Doctor, I am in the fourth month of pregnancy. I feel since when the iron tablets has started, I feel constipated daily. I take Duphalac syrup to cure it daily. Any other solution to get remedy of it. Thanku

A. you should keep taking more fibres and that I'd like more fruits prunes chikoo dates broken wheat daliya keep yourself physically active and drink plenty of fluids to keep our constipation issues
