Hello Doctor: I am feeling week from last two weeks. please advise.

A. hi please do the following things: take healthy and well blanaced diet. it is best to take multi grain food,fresh fruit etc more. keep your body well hydrated. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day maintain good hygiene
