Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi no instead of it ,you must take Healthy , protine rich diet . take nuts , dairy products ,dry fruits , seasonal fruits , etc more. it is best to take small cup of grams (soaked in water overnight) daily in morning. take necessary supplements which are prescribed by your gynecologist
