Hello Doctor, I am father of one year and 18 days daughter. she has fever cold cough and khasi also we have consulted local doctor he has given Zithrocin 200mgl Syrup along along with fever and khasi syrup my daughter not take Zydus Zithrocin 200 Mg, she is vomating any other cipla brand syrup for her Her weight is 7.45 last staturday and earlier that week Monday was 7.75 please suggest
