Hello Doctor. I am expecting my second child and now my 3rd trimester started today only. But my himoglobin is 8.9. Sugar levels is normal. plz advise can I take dates to increase the hemoglobin level ? if yes then which one and how many in a day.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, you may take dates, 2 to 3 days a day is ok.. you need to continue iron n foooc acid supplement, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
