hello doctor.. i am breast feeding mother.. my son age is 9th month running.. so can i eat MILLETS(in telugu korralu) daily ..plz reply

Because the spicy food can create gastric issues and baby rather than that you can eat anything so yes you can eat it it is totally safe to have anything while being a breastfeeding mother so have a proper diet. Stay home stay safe Happy parenting
