A. Give her nutritious food and encourage her to do stretching exercises

A. Hai good afternoon !! If baby is active ,achieving milestones then dont worry about weight. Include protein,calorie rich foods - Milk ,diary products,dals,dry fruits and nuts,banana,potato,peas,beans,soya,egg,meat,fish in regular diet,these foods helps in increasing weight. Physical activity ,sun exposure is very important for overall development.
