hello doctor I am a mother of three months old baby,I have a baby by normal delivery my stitches haven't completely fall down, there is no pain in stitches but it is there and haven't clean yet ,what should I do ?

They They normally break within 1 1/2 to 2 months if you are sis are still there not paining or anything but if they’re still there then you should get a check with your gynaecologist she can just remove them maybe they just didn’t move out of your system but they have broken get it checked once with your doctor to have a clarity about it
