Hello doctor I am a mother of 4months 8days baby. She got 100 degree fever today and also she passes motion 3-4days a days in smaller amount she is bit active but she got tired also may I know the reason and what to do in this situation???

A. paracetamol for the fever now. Temperature more than 99 is considered as fever . Digital thermometer can be used at armpit for checking for same . If fever is there paracetamol can be used 8 hourly for fever . If it remains more than 2 days then consult a doctor .
