Hello Doctor, I am a mother of 4 months kid. pls suggest if I can take giloy tablet or juice for better immunity or will it have any side efffect on baby as he is exclusive on breastfeed.

A. Dear mum, you can have giloy juice even if you are breastfeeding your child. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby digestion or cause gas to your baby.
