hello doctor...I am a mother of 25 days old baby..my baby is often vomiting through her nose and mouth.. and also she's not getting a burp properly.. please suggest what can I do...

Dr Raksha guptaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. Small babies may have persistent regurgitation of small amount of feeds doe to gastroesophageal reflux
May give domstal suspension 3 ml two times a day.
In case baby vomits excessively and not gaining weight must go to hospital .

This is normal in babies to puke from nose and mouth due to acid reflux in babies which will go with time as the baby grows up
If your baby is active and comfortable otherwise, accepting feeds, gaining weight then no need to worry
