Hello doctor. I am a mother of 2 kids. I want to know about the menstrual cups. if they are better than sanitary pads or not?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 1 Year agoA. Yes menstrual cups are nowadays very useful. But you should take care to have proper size so that you don't feel pain or discomfort while. Using it for which you can consult with your gynecologist once for proper examination
And do take care to maintain proper hygiene
