hello doctor, I am a breastfeeding mother and my daughter is 11 months old. I am still continuing my iron and calcium tablets, how long should I continue? kindly advice.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. disconnecte iron but continue calcium. supplement which is enrich with Vitamin D till you exclusive breast feeding. Adequate fluids to stay hydrated which includes 2 to 3 liters per day.
