Hello doctor, I am 6 weeks 4 days pregnant. I feel totally exhausted in the morning and also vomiting sensation, I don't feel like eating anything in the morning. I feel bit relief after 11 am. Please give your suggestions. Thanku in advance.

yes this is very much normal in first trimester of pregnancy. so no need to worry..
Most probably will be fine in second trimester .
Stay happy and stress free which is most important at this time.
