Q.

hello doctor I am 5 months pregnant and problems are being created in my vagina. I have a lot of pain in the upper part of my vagina. I have to change my routine while sleeping.

A. having vaginal pain and sleeplessness is very common during pregnancy you can just have regular consultation with your doctor to check the reason behind vaginal pain or take adequate rest if everything normal and while sleeping try to make a comfortable position using pillows

A. hi you must consult your gynecologist it is important please don't sit or stand for long period take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping
