hello doctor i am 36 weeks pregnant and my baby's weight is little less which is 2.2 kg..what should i eat please suggest

A. Hello mom last trimester and especially the last month is period of rapid weight gain .. you can take small meals throughout the day rather than taking very heavy meals . You can take dry fruits , milk shakes , milk , panner , ghee , dals , eggs , if preferred. Rice , millets , roti etc
