Hello doctor, I am 31 weeks 4 days far along now with twins each weighing 1730gms and 1609 gms respectively. However in my USG it has been recently diagnosed that there is an intermittent placental insufficiency and hence I am about to deliver them in my 32 weeks… Do they require ventilators after they are born ? And how many days of NICU stay am I looking for? Please suggest

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. depends on APGAR. that's all we can do about it. you can also try alternative medicine but see a professional only who is trained to do so and can guide you in right direction. there are lot of misleading practices too you should protect yourself from those always.
