Hello doctor, I am 10 weeks pregnant, I am in search of anti dandruff shampoo, please suggest to me which shampoo to use

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. Flaky scalp can be due to extreme dryness so apply coconut oil mix few drops of neem oil to it and frequent head wash as if scalp is clean then dandruff will not occur use mild shampoo
