hello doctor hy son have fever and cold last two days i am giving paracetamol 120 and ascoril flu syrup can u plz tell me the time intervel for ascoril flu syrup or suggest me something

A. you can give paracetamol maximum 4 times per day and the cold medicine can be given maximum three times per day but if it is not improving the condition in today's it is advisable to meet the doctor after 2 days
