Hello Doctor, Hope you're doing great. I am having 3 years old son. He is not eating and sleeping well. Always very active and getting irritated soon. I have shown to him lot of paediatric Doctor but they are saying it is normal. he is normal active boy no problem. but I am worried about his diet, sleep, more activeness and sometimes angry Ness. what shall I do.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. make sure that baby has good dinner. Give tummy full foods for better sleep. Also give warm milk before bedtime. Night dinner food and milk will keep tummy fillingand bbay will have a peaceful sleep and also follw a regular routine. If still baby wakes up Avoid day time sleep or you can give warm bath before bedtime.
