Hello doctor hope you doing well. my query is regarding formula milk my son is 24 days old baby I am not having sufficient breast milk to feed him. can you please suggest me how much quantity of formula milk should I feed him, I am using Nan excella pro 1. Please let me know any side effects of using formula milk.

A. The quantity is specified on the formula itself. Start with 30 ml but make changes if baby demands more. Also, take promolact and galact or lactation granuals to boost the milk supply. Add jeera methi to your diet. The more you feed, the more milk produces. Remember, breastmilk is the best milk for your baby.
