FEVER kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you aret having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature

आप उसे प्रति चार अथवा पांच घंटे एक एम एल पेरासिटामोल drop दिए जा सकते है यदि उसे बुखार आ रहा है।
उसे प्रति घंटा एक चम्मच गुनगुना पानी पिलाएं।
ठंडे पानी के कपड़े उसके हाथ पर रखे
