Hello doctor gripe water two drops went into baby nose is it harmful

A. hello dear it should not be a problem with two drops but it is not required and it is unnecessary it can risk infection only exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete breastmilk is easily digestible burp baby after every feed give tummy time
