Hello Doctor Greetings!!! my 5 years old son is getting red spot on whole of his body, which is there for 2-3 days and goes , then again new red rashes come on another body part . strated from hand , I have shown 2-3 doctors but no result

A. a child is having rash on the skin. it can occur due to sensitive skin or dry skin for due to some type of infection. if the skin of the child is dry you can apply moisturizing lotion which help in dxecreasing the rash. if if the rash is present on the sweating skin then you can apply calamine lotion. it is advisable to take a medical opinion
