Hello doctor, good morning.. what is the limit to daily dry fruits intake..

A. Hello good morning !! Generally handfull of dry fruits (mixed - almonds, walnuts, cashew pista, hazelnut) good for health..Dry fruits rich in vitamin, nutrients,brain development elements, immunity boosting have to include in regular diet.. However intake depends on Baby's interest time of feed like if you want to give aa snacks or along with breakfast give as soaked only if baby chew well (avoid giving direct nuts if baby can't chew well choking hazard). You can as milk shake/smoothie, barfi,ladoo, kheer, porridge. 3-4 almonds, walnuts,2-3 cashew /pistachio.
