Hello doctor,Good morning,my kid age is 28 months old and he is speaking amma,Nanna,attha and some few words ,but not communicate with words , what he want.He is able to understand all commands which we tell but not reply with words and communicate with only hands.It is ok ,pl suggest if any action required?

A. let the baby mingle with same age groups, let the baby speak out, don't listen as the baby try to say with action.. or point out some thing.. break the words and sentence and let the baby repeat after you.. keep encouraging the baby..
