Hello Doctor Good Morning Doctor my son Yatharth completed his 5 yrs....He is not eat junk foods and all he is eating homemade food only but his weight still 20kg is it fine, if not so please suggest me proper diet for him

A. You can start giving one banana to the baby per day abd add desi ghee in meals of the baby and give nuts to the child daily and if the child is eating well and active then nothing to worry

A. weight I'd good. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar. b

A. Hi mom By 5 years the weight should be anywhere between 16-18 kgs. So the weight of ur baby is pretty good. No need to worry. Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, dry fruits, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc as balanced diet
