By 5 years the weight should be anywhere between 16-18 kgs. So the weight of ur baby is pretty good. No need to worry.
Give healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups like seasonal fruits and vegetables, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, chicken fish egg, dry fruits, pulses, cereals, soup, fresh fruit juice etc as balanced diet
