hello Doctor. from last night I found full reddish pimples on my son's entire body. two days back I used antibiotic syrup for babyvthis is the reason for this please clarify.

If this has happened after using that antibiotic medicine then this is the side-effect of the medicine that means the medicine did not suit your child so I’m going to suggest you to stop using it as of now and please immediately check with your doctor currently do things you can use on this that’s a calamine lotion and candid dusting powder
