NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello the skin looks very dry and try to keep it well hydrated applying a suitable baby lotion and it would also be better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
