Hello doctor... For my 2.5mnth old baby My grand mother is giving Adhathoda herb vasa a little bit mixed with milk an age old remedy when he is not going for motion...Is this safe or not?Please tell..

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. if you're giving formula feed constipation is common problem in this age of the baby you can give bonnisan drops 3 times a day and cyclic motion of the legs helps in relieving gases try giving bm only do not give any such home remedy to the baby

I completely understand that it is the home remedy till the time the baby is accepting its and it is helping in passing the motion there is no problem however if you see any uneasiness in spite of giving this then I would suggest you to please speak to the pediatrician once and take a consultation
