Hello Doctor, EMERGENCY. My daughter is 11+ month old. Last five days she have fever and we consulted doctor. Fever is reducing when we gave precautions after few hours again it is coming. why is is happening ? I am worried and scared.

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating.
and youd can also do cold spobnging of the body if required

If It has been there for so many days then it is good for you to go for a blood test with your doctor go for a blood test to know as to what kind of an issue is happening it could be a viral infection or something which is why the fever is not subsiding these things are very common at this age so please go for a further investigation and then only you can be more sure about it
