It’s not the multi vitamin supplements but rather amino acids that help in weight gain only upto a certain extent only.
So kindly don’t resort to them unless your doctor has advised them

If you have any concerns please consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice. Clarify all your concerns and follow your doctor’s advice diligently. Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated.
