Hello doctor Doctor I wanna ask as iam breastfeeding mom I have noticed my right breast is heavy and bigger pain full compared to left And the left one is light weight and normal in condition why it happens and is it normal and how to make it both normal in size

A. Hello, your baby boy is 1 month old and your right side breast is big and it’s heavy so mostly clogging up the milk ducts and just apply hot water compressions two times a day
