Hello Doctor Do I need to worry with teeth decaying of my 5 year kid as anyways new teeth will replace them in couple of years.

A. hi it is early but if a child is not showing any other discomfort like cavities , feeling too tired ,sore gums ,not able to take food etc then it is better to consult your pediatrician.
