Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, babies under 3 months of age are very much prone to gastric issues. This is because babies only consume milk and milk cause gas. You must burp your baby after every feed by holding him in upright position and massage his back for 20 mins and 4 burps are necessary.
